Job summary

Johnstone Supply is seeking a COS Material Handler I to join our warehouse team. You will operate forklifts, pick and pack orders, and ensure accurate inventory and shipping processes.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, stock replenishment, and maintaining safety standards on a fast-paced distribution floor. A forklift certification is preferred, with opportunities for training and growth within the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of related experience or training.
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Operate power equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently.
• Receive, unload, and inspect shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders while minimizing damage.
• Maintain stock accuracy and assist with inventory cycle counts.
• Follow safety rules, wear PPE, and maintain a clean work area.
