Job summary

Johnstone Supply, North America’s leading HVACR distributor, seeks a Material Handler I to receive, fill, and ship products accurately. You will operate forklifts, manage inventory, and ensure orders are packed correctly with proper paperwork.

Shift: Mon-Fri 7am-5pm, Saturdays rotation; Pay: $17-$19/hour. Requires a high school diploma/GED and forklift certification; OSHA safety experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED with 0–1 year related experience.
• English proficiency is a core requirement for safety and operations.
• Experience with RF scanners, forklift operations, and ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate power equipment safely to locate and move products daily.
• Receive, unload, inspect, and document shipments and paperwork.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain stock accuracy and participate in cycle counts as needed.
• Adhere to safety rules, maintain clean work areas, and report issues.
