Job summary

Thermal Supply, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow a profitable dealer base for COD products and services. You will plan, organize, and execute initiatives to expand HVAC, refrigeration, and related equipment sales.

You will develop sales plans for accounts, train dealer teams, and collaborate with internal departments to deliver market-leading solutions while maintaining strong customer relationships and meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in HVAC.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a sales plan for each account.
• Recommends products to meet customer needs and responds to opportunities.
• Presents features/benefits of COD products and services to dealers.
• Attends training and dealer meetings; travels as required.
• Collaborates with vendor, refrigeration, foodservice, and equipment teams to achieve sales goals.
