Job summary

Daikin Comfort is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to plan, organize, and grow a 50-dealer base across the assigned territory. You will promote products, manage accounts, and maintain CRM records while collaborating with branch teams to hit revenue and margin targets.

The role requires 5+ years in HVAC sales, strong communication, and self-motivation. Expect growth opportunities within a global company and day-one benefits for full-time hires.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the HVAC industry.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong relationship building and customer service skills with the ability to grow dealer network.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, maintain, develop, and grow a base of ~50 target/core dealers.
• Target and sign up dealers within assigned territory.
• Communicate new product launches, services, prices, programs and discounts to dealers.
• Maintain and improve sales revenue and gross margin.
• Maintain an accurate call history within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers to increase sales within branches in territory.
• Develop remedial action plans to meet sales targets weekly.
• Be the channel expert on features, benefits, and design guidelines.
• Ensure accounts have information on promotions, billing, product changes, etc.
• Periodically reach out to customers to determine satisfaction with products/services.
• Monitor competitive activity and trends within territory.
• Expand knowledge of company products and features.
• Follow work instructions and company policies.
• Perform additional projects to support business needs.
