Job summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies North America, Inc. is seeking a results-driven HVAC Territory Sales Manager to plan, grow and manage a profitable dealer base across Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana.

You will sign up dealers, drive product launches, maintain CRM call histories, and collaborate with branch teams to maximize revenue and margins while delivering outstanding customer service. A minimum of 5 years in HVAC sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally in HVAC.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, maintain, develop, and grow a dealer base within territory.
• Sign up new dealers and expand existing relationships.
• Communicate product launches, programs, and discounts to dealers.
• Maintain sales revenue and gross margin targets.
• Keep accurate call histories in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers to grow sales within branches.
