Daikin Comfort in the United States seeks a Territory Sales Manager to plan, organize, and grow a base of ~50 target dealers while delivering profitable results. You will sign new dealers, promote HVAC products, maintain CRM records, collaborate with branches, and drive revenue and margins under a commission plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably HVAC.
• HVAC knowledge and customer service focus required.
• Ability to read construction documents and drawings.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, maintain, develop, and grow a base of ~50 target and core dealers.
• Target and sign-up dealers within assigned territory.
• Build sales through active communication about new product launches, services, prices, programs and discounts.
• Maintain and improve sales revenue and gross margin.
• Maintain an accurate call history within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers to increase sales within branches in territory.
• Develop remedial action plans to meet/exceed sales targets weekly.
• Be the channel expert on features, benefits, product performance, and design guidelines.
• Ensure accounts have information on promotions, launches, billing, returns, etc.
• Periodically reach out to customers to determine satisfaction with organization and products.
• Monitor competitive activity and trends within territory.
• Expand knowledge base of company products and features.
• Follow work instructions, procedures and policies.
• Perform additional projects/duties as needed.
