Job summary

Gemaire Distributors in California is seeking a Territory Account Manager to drive HVAC residential and contractor sales across a designated region. You will manage relationships with dealers and customers, promoting our brands and support products to grow the distributor's base.

The role requires 2–4 years in HVAC sales, strong presentation and data-analysis skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years sales experience, preferably within HVAC.
• Proven work history in sales and marketing.
• 2–4 years in residential/commercial contractor relationships.
• Proven success in sales, marketing, operations and leadership.
• Proven success in establishing and meeting sales goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills including sales, problem solving and customer service.
• Ability to analyze sales and market data.
• Ability to give quality presentations.
• Ability to work independently and meet goals on time.
• Willingness to learn, teach and lead.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Secure maximum market share and sales dollars within established policies.
• Solicit new accounts and develop market strategies.
• Maintain direct personal contact with all assigned accounts and foster relations with new ones.
• Take proactive approach to sales development and problem solving.
• Resolve customer relations problems promptly.
• Host dealer meetings, conferences and incentive trips.
• Participate in home product shows and industry events.
• Attend training to stay updated with product lines.
• Present professionally with contractors and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Accountability for all other duties as assigned.
