Job summary

Gemaire Distributors in the United States (Naples, FL area) is seeking a Territory Account Manager to drive HVAC equipment sales and grow the dealer network. You will manage contractor relationships, develop market strategies, and meet weekly in-person sales targets with travel within the assigned territory.

The role requires 2–4 years in sales to contractors, strong CRM and MS Office skills, and a customer-focused, goal-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school.
• Customer-focused, goal-oriented, self-motivated, driven to meet deadlines and work collaboratively as a team.
• Proven work history in the sales and marketing arenas with proficiency in air conditioning, heating, and ventilation equipment at a wholesale distribution level.

Responsibilities

• Must be self-directed and display strong initiative to achieve goals.
• Generate additional sales in assigned territory.
• Grow market share and prospect for new business in assigned market.
• Support customers by delivering value through deep understanding and timely follow-through.
• Develop new dealers with programs and market strategies.
• Minimum of 25 face-to-face meetings weekly.
• Negotiate pricing based on market conditions while maintaining profit goals.
• Achieve or exceed territory sales budget and support regional goals.
• Proactively develop sales and solve problems.
• Resolve customer problems promptly.
• Attend training to acquire new skills and meet customer needs.
• Work with vendor partners to identify opportunities.
• Host dealer meetings, conferences, and events.
• Participate in home product shows and industry events.
• Conduct yourself professionally with contractors, customers and employees.
• Other duties as assigned.
