Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Willing to relocate for 14-week training in La Crosse, WI.
• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Sell HVAC equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors and owners during design and sale of equipment and services.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships through understanding needs and sales cycles.
• Develop sales strategies and analyze market conditions to identify opportunities.
• Create and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed targets.
• Achieve quotas through securing design wins and managing the sales channel.
