Trane Technologies invites recent graduates to join its 14-week Graduate Training Program in LaCrosse, WI, starting as an Associate Account Manager focused on Equipment, Services, or Controls.

As part of the program you will sell the world’s complete HVAC line, work with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners, and build lasting customer relationships. Relocation/training are provided; compensation begins at $78,840 annually.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or Engineering.
• Demonstrated passion for learning in technical fields.
• Ability to start in-office work three months prior to GTP start date.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Posting covers multiple roles; some positions may be remote or hybrid or onsite.

Responsabilidades

• Sell HVAC equipment, services, and building controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors and owners to design and sell solutions.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships through the full sales cycle.
• Enhance sales strategies via market analysis and knowledge development.
• Create and execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed targets.
• Achieve quotas by securing design wins and managing the sales channel.
