Job summary

Trane Technologies invites recent graduates to join its 14-week Graduate Training Program in La Crosse, WI. You will begin in a predetermined office location before the training and pursue an Associate Account Manager track focused on Equipment, Services, or Controls.

After successful completion, you will continue in a role with potential for uncapped earnings, working with engineers, contractors and owners to meet customer needs. A strong engineering background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
• Graduated before the start date of Graduate Training Program.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Sell the world's complete line of HVAC equipment and building controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors and owners/developers on design, application and sale of equipment, controls, parts and services.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships through understanding needs across a full sales cycle.
• Develop sales strategies and analyze market conditions to identify opportunities.
