You will begin with on-site onboarding and work with a team to learn sales, engineering, and leadership fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or Engineering.
• Must graduate before start date of Graduate Training Program.
• U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC equipment and building controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors and owners/developers in design, application and sale of equipment, controls, parts, and services.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships by identifying and understanding customer needs throughout a full sales cycle.
• Create and execute a sales plan and growth strategy for the territory and customers to meet or exceed sales targets.
