Job summary

Trane Technologies is launching a Graduate Training Program in La Crosse, WI. Recent engineering graduates will participate in a 14-week, best-in-class technical sales program, transitioning into an Associate Account Manager role at a predefined office location.

Successful candidates will become technical experts for commercial customers, selling HVAC systems and building management solutions, and building lasting customer relationships through problem solving and strategic sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any focus).
• Must be graduated prior to start date.
• US citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
• Work with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers in design, application, and sale of equipment, controls, parts, and services.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships through the full sales cycle.
• Develop sales strategies and growth plans for assigned territory and customers.
