Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (all areas) required.
• Demonstrated passion for continuous learning in technical fields.
• Internship with Trane Technologies or ability to start in-office work 3 months before start date.
• U.S. citizen or right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Posting covers multiple opportunities; some roles may be remote, hybrid, or onsite across North America.
• Relocation for the 14-week training program.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months and no major violations in 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers on design, application, and service.
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets over the territory.
• Grow customer relationships through solution-based selling and problem solving.
• Maintain technical and professional knowledge to enhance sales strategies.
