Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking recent graduates for its 14-week Graduate Training Program in La Crosse, WI. You will become an Associate Account Manager, supporting the sale of HVAC equipment, services, and controls to commercial customers.

Key focus is on technical learning, relationship building, and a strategic approach to sales. Roles may be remote, hybrid, or onsite across North America, with relocation for training and potential continued opportunities after program completion.

Qualifications

• Must be graduated prior to start date of Graduate Training Program.
• Passion for continuous learning in technical fields to communicate engineering solutions.
• Internship experience at Trane Technologies or ability to begin in-office work 3 months before the GTP start date.
• US citizen or legal right to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Some positions may be remote while others may require hybrid or onsite assignments across North America.
• Ability to relocate temporarily for a 14-week training program and hold a valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC equipment, building management controls, and related solutions to commercial customers.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners during design, application and sales processes.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships throughout the full sales cycle.
• Develop and execute sales plans and growth strategies for territory and customers to meet or exceed targets.
• Manage the sales channel and secure design wins to achieve quotas.
