Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking candidates for its Graduate Training Program in La Crosse, WI. After completing the 14-week program, you will become an Associate Account Manager focused on HVAC equipment, services, or controls for commercial customers.

You will engage with engineers, architects, and contractors to design and sell building solutions, while building long-term client relationships and growing within a sales-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; open to all engineering emphases.
• Graduated before start date of Graduate Training Program.
• US work authorization (citizenship or right to work in US).
• Internship at Trane Technologies preferred or ability to start in-office 3 months prior to start.
• Willing to relocate for 14-week training in La Crosse, WI.
• Valid driver's license and no major traffic violations in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC equipment and building management controls to commercial customers.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors and owners in design, application and sale.
• Build relationships and manage customer needs through the full sales cycle.
• Develop sales strategies and maintain technical knowledge to identify opportunities.
• Create and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed targets.
• Achieve objectives and quotas by securing design wins and managing the sales channel.
