Job summary

Trane Technologies is recruiting graduates for its 14-week Graduate Training Program in La Crosse, WI. As an Associate Account Manager you will pursue a technical sales path, partnering with engineers, contractors and owners to design and sell HVAC solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; open to all engineering emphases.
• Must be graduated prior to start date of Graduate Training Program.
• Passion for continuous learning in technical fields.
• Ability to commence in-office work 3 months prior to GTP start date.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Some positions may be remote or hybrid; relocation may be required.
• Possess a valid driver's license for at least 12 months with proof of insurance; clean record.

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC equipment, services and controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
• Work with engineers, architects, contractors and owners/developers on design, application and sale.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships through understanding needs and a full sales cycle.
• Enhance sales strategies via strategic opportunities and market analysis while maintaining knowledge.
• Create and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Help achieve design wins and manage the entire sales channel to reach objectives.
