Job summary

Trane Technologies is offering a hands-on Summer Internship in Technical Sales across North America. The 12-week program develops technical, business, sales engineering, leadership, and communication skills, with exposure to a full line of HVAC equipment and building management solutions.

Participants gain experience with Sales Account Managers, campus tours of our facilities, and potential entry into the Graduate Training Program after graduation.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree for the full duration of the internship.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Posting covers multiple opportunities, some roles may be remote, hybrid, or onsite.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Sales Account Managers and customers.
• Understand design, application and sale of HVAC systems, controls, parts and services.
• Attend sales meetings, functions, and customer meetings with mentors.
• Be hands-on in steps of the sales engineering process during the internship.
• Build relationships with customers and act as daily point-of-contact.
