Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking graduates for its 14-week Technical Sales Graduate Training Program in North America. You will start as an Associate Account Manager in a predefined location, with responsibilities across equipment, services, or controls for commercial customers.

After completing the program, you’ll work to grow relationships, design and sell HVAC solutions, and drive growth with strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; open to all engineering disciplines.
• Graduation before start date for the Graduate Training Program.
• U.S. citizen or ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Some roles may be remote, but some onsite/hybrid assignments across North America.

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC equipment to commercial, industrial and institutional customers.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors and owners during design and application.
• Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed targets.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
