Job summary

Trane Technologies seeks a results-driven candidate for its 14-week Graduate Training Program, leading to an Associate Account Manager role in equipment, services, or controls. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering Technology, or Engineering.
• Passion for continuous learning in technical fields and ability to communicate engineering solutions.
• Previous internship at Trane Technologies or ability to begin in-office work 3 months before start.
• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Willing to relocate for a 14-week training and travel readiness.

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC equipment, services, and controls to commercial customers.
• Work with engineers, architects, contractors and owners/developers on design and sale.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships throughout a full sales cycle.
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet targets.
• Achieve quotas through new design wins and effective channel management.
• Participate in ongoing training and maintain up-to-date technical knowledge.
