Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Building Automation Engineer in the United States to perform master systems integration for BMS, build control databases, and develop control interfaces per project specs. You will provide on-site and remote support, perform commissioning, and ensure systems operate per design documents.

The role requires up to 50% travel, with expertise in building automation protocols (BACnet, Modbus) and experience with Niagara and Distech Controls. Authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical or Software.

Responsibilities

• Create complex programming using flow diagrams and panels.
• Program control applications with various tools.
• Site checkout, commissioning, and testing of control applications.
• Verify operation per project specs and sales proposals.
• Develop system graphics according to design docs.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues.
