CBRE seeks a Senior Engineer- HVAC Controls to lead master systems integration for building management systems in a remote USA role. The role requires expertise in Niagara, BACnet, Distech, and IT networking, plus strong troubleshooting and commissioning skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical or Software Engineering preferred; can consider experience with or without a degree.
Knowledge of standard procedures to solve moderately complex problems.
Ability to analyze solutions using technical judgment and precedents.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

Create complex programming using flow diagrams, sequences of operations and panel layouts.
Perform programming of control applications using various software tools.
Conduct job-site system checkout, commissioning, and testing of control applications.
Verify operation per project specifications and design documents.
Develop system graphic displays per specifications or proposal.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to installers and customers.
Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced system issues and report findings.
