CBRE is hiring a Building Automation Engineer to perform master systems integration and develop control databases for large enterprise clients. You will create complex sequences, program control applications, and execute on-site startup and testing per project specifications.

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, travel up to 50% annually, and the ability to provide on-site and remote support to installers and customers.

Formación

• BMS and project-based control systems experience.
• Strong knowledge of building automation protocols.
• Ability to interpret design docs and proposals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsabilidades

• Create complex programming using flow diagrams and panel layouts.
• Program control applications with various tools.
• On-site commissioning and startup of systems.
• Verify operations per project specs and proposals.
• Develop system graphics aligned with design docs.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to installers and customers.
• Evaluate systems, diagnose issues, and take corrective actions.
• Document resolutions and report findings to project team.
• Apply standard procedures to meet deadlines.
• Explain complex information clearly to colleagues.
