Trane Technologies in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Systems Account Manager to join our Commercial HVAC team. You will develop long-term relationships with consulting engineers, contractors, and building owners, delivering total solutions for energy-efficient buildings.

You will lead take-offs, pricing, and integration of equipment and services, provide technical and financial guidance, and build account plans to drive profitable partnerships while visiting customers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience or Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS).
• 2+ years experience of solution sales experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead project take-off, selection, proposal pricing and selling strategy, and integration of equipment, controls, and services.
• Provide knowledge and consultation in developing HVAC system solutions including financial and performance considerations.
• Consistently ascertain customer needs and current market opportunities; coordinate acquisition teams as needed.
• Convert leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process and communicating next steps.
• Develop and execute account-specific business plans for long-term, profitable partnerships.
• Assist customers with technical questions on HVAC systems, Trane products, and system applications.
• Plan and schedule visits to customers and manage daily activities.
