You will capture customer requirements, tailor HVAC solutions, and deliver compelling demonstrations and proposals, helping to advance complex opportunities from inquiry to close.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate across sales, engineering, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of customer-facing experience with applied HVAC solution design or sales.
• US-based role near a major airport requiring up to 30% travel for customer and business support.

Responsibilities

• Engage with engineering customers to gather technical requirements and assess their needs.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, benefits, and advantages.
• Create and deliver compelling technical proposals and responses to RFPs.
• Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, including answering technical questions and resolving issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure feasible solutions meeting customer expectations.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, product developments and competitive landscape.
• Provide feedback to product management based on customer insights and market demands.
