Qualifications

• Five years of general service and maintenance experience (painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, drywall repair, etc.).
• Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC systems on residential properties.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and own basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in single-family homes.
• Perform preventative maintenance and service requests.
• Ensure safety standards and comply with regulations.
