Job summary
Progress Residential is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC to join our Property Management team. You will inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in our single-family homes, delivering safe, reliable comfort to residents while upholding company standards.
The role requires a high school diploma, HVAC certification, EPA certification, and at least five years of hands-on maintenance experience. You will operate with integrity, provide excellent customer service, and follow safety
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- HVAC Certification required; EPA certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ maintenance experience in HVAC/repairs.
- Own basic tools; valid driver's license.
- Experience with residential appliances is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in Progress Residential homes.
- Perform preventive maintenance and service requests.
- Diagnose advanced issues and replace defective components.
- Report major repairs before expenditure.
- Ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
