Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in general service and maintenance (painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, drywall repair, etc.).
• HVAC Certification is preferred.
• EPA Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in Progress Residential homes.
• Perform preventive maintenance and service requests; replace or modify equipment as needed.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional representation.
• Complete service requests in a timely manner and maintain attendance.
• Report major repairs before expenditure.
