Johnson Controls in Tempe, AZ is seeking an HVAC Customer Resource Coordinator on-site to receive and schedule service calls, manage technician workloads, and ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance in line with monthly forecasts.

You will debrief daily with technicians, coordinate with billing and support teams, confirm service priorities, and maintain accurate customer data in NxGen while delivering a professional, responsive customer experience.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2–5 years in service operations or scheduling.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with tact and persistence.
• Experience interacting with internal and external customers is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and schedule service calls, coordinating with technicians daily.
• Ensure timely preventative maintenance and forecast-aligned work orders.
• Debrief activities with field staff and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer account information in NxGen and support billing.
• Provide a professional customer experience and clear action plans.
