Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an HVAC Customer Resource Coordinator to receive and schedule service requests under supervision. You will manage technician schedules and ensure timely preventive maintenance, aligning with monthly forecasts. The role requires coordinating with billing and support teams to move completed jobs through the process.

The position is on-site preferred, with strong emphasis on communication, organization and customer service to meet client expectations daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, plus 2–5 years of service operations scheduling experience.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with clients, internal and external.
• Ability to manage a large, diverse project load with tact and persistence.
• Preferred associate degree.
• Experience with basic project accounting or costing.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule customer calls for service under supervision.
• Manage schedules of technicians and mechanics.
• Ensure preventive maintenance aligns with monthly forecasts.
• Debrief daily with technicians and resolve concerns.
• Coordinate with Customer Billing Coordinators and Customer Support Coordinators to progress completed jobs.
• Maintain NxGen customer account information.
• Attend daily team huddles and weekly planning meetings.
• Assist with time and expense reporting.
