Johnson Controls is seeking a hands-on Customer Service/Operations professional to coordinate service requests and dispatch technicians onsite in Tempe, AZ. The role emphasizes maintaining customer satisfaction, managing schedules, and ensuring timely completion of service tasks.

Formación

• Associate's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required, plus 2–3 years of service industry experience in managing service operations/inspection.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills with ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external clients.
• Ability to manage a large and diverse number of projects and issues with tact and persistence.
• Experience with project accounting or costing principles is desired.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate customer service requests from initiation to completion and dispatch technicians accordingly.
• Communicate action plans and services to customers directly.
• Ensure work meets customer expectations and follow up or escalate issues as needed.
• Reconcile all service requests daily.
• Coordinate labor scheduling and maintain daily technician schedules.
• Assist with creation of L&M quotations.
