The role is full on-site in Tempe, AZ, with daily coordination of labor and close collaboration with billing and support teams.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–5 years of service operations and/or service scheduling experience.
• Strong ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule customer calls for service under supervision.
• Coordinate labor scheduling to align technicians with service needs.
• Communicate action plan and services to customers directly.
• Ensure work meets customer expectations and follow up as needed.
• Resolve or escalate customer issues and maintain updates in NxGen.
• Attend daily team huddles and weekly planning meetings.
