Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. seeks an on-site HVAC Customer Resource Coordinator to receive and schedule service calls, coordinate technician schedules, and ensure timely preventative maintenance aligns with forecasts.

You will debrief daily with technicians, coordinate with billing and support teams, and ensure customer plans are executed to meet expectations while maintaining NxGen data accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required with 2–5 years of service operations or scheduling experience.
• Able to work independently with strong organizational and detail orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule service calls; manage technician/mechanic schedules.
• Coordinate labor to align with customer needs and monthly forecasts.
• Debrief daily, follow up to ensure timely completion and accuracy in NxGen.
• Communicate plans to customers and ensure work meets expectations.
• Support time and expense reporting and timesheet accuracy.
