Daikin Applied Americas Inc is seeking a Service Coordinator for our Salt Lake City Service Center. This in-office role supports dispatch, customer communication, and billing processes to ensure smooth operation of service activities.

You will work closely with technicians and supervisors to schedule startups, repairs, and maintenance, while tracking hours and ensuring timely invoicing and payments. Astea or similar service-tracking software experience is preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of related experience, preferably in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing service field.
• Bachelor’s degree may be considered in lieu of work experience.
• Experience working with HVAC Technicians preferred.
• Experience with Astea or other service tracking software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for startups, repairs, warranty, and maintenance.
• Handle customer inquiries and route technical questions to appropriate resource.
• Track time and attendance for technicians.
• Coordinate startups and maintain customer scheduling communications.
• Invoice and bill customers.
