Job summary

Daikin Applied seeks a Service Coordinator for the Seattle District Service Office in Kent. You will coordinate technician schedules, handle customer inquiries, and manage billing and paperwork to keep the service operation running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of related experience, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing service field or comparable industry.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Bachelor's degree may be considered in lieu of work experience.
• Experience with Astea or any other service tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch Commercial HVAC Technicians for startups, repairs, warranty, and maintenance.
• Address customer inquiries and route technical questions to appropriate resource.
• Plan and adjust technician hours for Data Center business.
• Coordinate job startups and communicate with customer on scheduling and progress.
• Invoice and bill customers.
• Perform local AP/AR functions and follow up on payments.
• Close-out work orders and file P.O. paperwork.
• Coordinate warranty administration process.
• Order parts and track shipments.
• Enter and maintain data in ERP system for work orders, customer info, and hours billed.
• Maintain OSHA logs.
• Answer phones and greet customers professionally.
• Organize and coordinate inventory process.
• Prioritize data center critical environments with urgency.
