Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a Service Coordinator for our Salt Lake City Service Center. You will schedule technicians, manage communications with customers, and ensure timely billing and documentation.

This role supports field operations and requires coordination with the Technician Supervisor, Operations, and Service Center Manager. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years in mechanical/electrical/plumbing service, with HVAC experience and familiarity with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of related experience in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing service field preferred.
• Experience with HVAC Technicians is a plus.
• Experience with Astea or other service tracking software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for startups, repairs, warranty and maintenance.
• Route customer inquiries to the appropriate resource.
• Track time and attendance for technicians.
• Coordinate job startups and communicate scheduling with customers.
• Invoice and bill customers.
