Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a Service Coordinator for our Salt Lake City Service Center. This in-office role supports scheduling, dispatch, billing, and customer communications while coordinating startup activities with the service team.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years in mechanical/electrical/plumbing service; HVAC experience and Astea knowledge are a plus. In-office environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2+ years in mechanical/electrical/plumbing service preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree may be considered in lieu of work experience.
• Experience with HVAC Technicians and service tracking software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians with Supervisor and Center Manager.
• Handle customer inquiries and route technical questions to the appropriate resource.
• Track time and attendance for technicians.
• Coordinate job startups and communicate scheduling with customers.
• Invoice and bill customers.
• Assist in AP/AR and ensure payment is received.
• Coordinate warranty administration and parts orders.
• Enter information into ERP and maintain work orders.
• Close-out work orders and file related paperwork.
• Gather local wage data and report hours for PW jobs.
