Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an HVAC Customer Resource Coordinator to manage service calls and technician schedules on-site in Auburn Hills, MI. You will debrief daily with technicians and collaborate with Customer Billing and Support to move completed jobs through the process.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2–5 years in service operations or scheduling beneficial.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer requests for service and schedule accordingly.
• Coordinate labor scheduling to align technicians with customer needs.
• Communicate the action plan and services to be provided to customers.
• Ensure work meets customer expectations and follow up as needed.
