Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an HVAC Customer Resource Coordinator to receive and schedule service calls, manage technician assignments, and ensure timely preventive maintenance. You will debrief daily with technicians, coordinate with billing and support, and keep work orders progressing through the business process.

This full on-site role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to balance many projects while meeting customer expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, plus 2–5 years of service industry experience.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks and issues with tact and persistence.
• Associate degree.
• Experience and/or basic project accounting or costing principles.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule customer calls for service under supervision.
• Manage the schedule of assigned technicians and mechanics.
• Ensure schedules support timely preventive maintenance and monthly forecasts.
• Debrief activities and coordinate with technicians to resolve concerns.
• Collaborate with Customer Billing and Support to progress jobs through the process.
• Maintain daily schedules and consistent communication with Technicians.
• WIP management and time/expense reporting support.
