Job summary

Johnson Controls International plc. seeks an HVAC Customer Resource Coordinator to be on site in the United States. You will receive and schedule service requests, coordinate technician schedules, and support billing, customer support, and administrative tasks.

The role requires a high school diploma with 2–5 years in service operations or scheduling, plus strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, plus two to five years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or service scheduling.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with tact and persistence.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule customer service requests on site.
• Coordinate labor scheduling to align technicians with service needs.
• Communicate action plans to customers and ensure expectations are met.
• Support billing, customer support, and administrative processes.
• Maintain up-to-date customer account information in NxGen.
