Qualifications
- 2+ years of HVAC sales or account management experience in commercial settings.
- Experience with service, controls, or energy services is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and engage with customers onsite.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Planning & Growth: develop territory plans and expand high-value opportunities.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: track activities and manage forecast to hit annual targets.
- Consultative Closing & Renewals: deliver tailored proposals and negotiate service renewals.
- Sell the full Carrier HVAC Service portfolio: service agreements, repairs and modernizations.
- Present at customer seminars and build trusted relationships with customers.
