The role focuses on building trusted advisor relationships, aligning customer objectives with Carrier solutions, and driving lifecycle value across capital renewal, uptime, and operating expense reduction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC sales or related experience in HVAC, building systems, or energy services.
• Experience selling service agreements, planned maintenance, repairs, or lifecycle solutions is a plus.
• Strong ability to develop trusted advisor relationships and map customer objectives to Carrier solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans and grow high-value opportunities.
• Manage CRM to track activities and hit annual targets.
• Close renewals and secure bookings with tailored proposals.
• Present at customer seminars to generate leads and relationships.
• Explain Carrier value propositions and align with customer needs.
