Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation seeks a dynamic Commercial Service Account Manager to grow our Commercial Service by developing opportunities in service agreements, repairs, modernizations, controls, and digital offerings. The role is field-based, based in Northern New England and surrounding New Hampshire and Maine, with a strong focus on building trusted advisor relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales or related experience in HVAC/building systems.
• Ability to lift/carry 20 lbs., climb ladders/stairs, and work safely around rooftops.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans and expand relationships with new and existing clients.
• Present at customer seminars to generate high‑value opportunities.
• Track sales activities and manage your pipeline in the CRM to hit targets.
• Sell the full portfolio of Carrier HVAC Service products and solutions.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and secure bookings.
• Provide consultative closing and renewals across service agreements, repairs and modernizations.
• Establish and maintain account plans and build credibility with Carrier products.
