Carrier is hiring a Commercial Service Account Manager in Austin, TX to drive service agreements and repairs across a growing customer base. You will build territory plans, present at seminars, and align Carrier solutions with customer objectives.

Strong CRM and presentation skills are essential. Applicants should have 2+ years in HVAC sales, be comfortable with cross-functional teams, and demonstrate ability to win new business as well as renewals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of Commercial HVAC sales experience.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell the full portfolio of Carrier HVAC Service products and solutions (service agreements, repairs and modernizations).
• Create and maintain Sales Territory and Account plans.
• Present at customer seminars to develop new and existing relationships and opportunities.
• Promote Carrier value proposition linking customer objectives to Carrier solutions.
• Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions, activities, and opportunity pipeline.
• Seek out new service agreement opportunities with existing and new customers; pursue repair opportunities.
