Job summary

Carrier is hiring a Commercial Service Account Manager to grow Carrier Commercial Service by developing opportunities across service agreements, repairs, modernizations, controls and other lifecycle offerings. You will translate technical needs into measurable business outcomes, build trusted advisor relationships, and help customers optimize performance, reliability and lifecycle value of their assets.

Based in Greater Chattanooga, the role is field-based, serving customers with a focus on

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience or related field.
• Ability to lift/carry 20 lbs, climb ladders and work safely around rooftops.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans, expand relationships with clients and present at customer seminars.
• Manage CRM, prioritize leads and hit annual targets.
• Sell the full Carrier HVAC service portfolio, including service agreements and repairs.
• Create and maintain account plans and pursue new opportunities.
