Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an experienced Commercial Service Account Manager to grow Carrier Commercial Service by developing opportunities across service agreements, repairs, modernizations, and other lifecycle solutions. You will build trusted advisor relationships to optimize building assets and drive lifecycle value.

The role is field-based across North Texas & Oklahoma, with a commission-driven structure and company vehicle support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales or related experience.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs. and work safely around rooftops and mechanical rooms.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans and expand relationships with clients.
• Manage pipeline and CRM to hit annual targets.
• Negotiate service agreements and renewals with customers.
• Present at customer seminars to develop opportunities.
