Job summary

Gemaire Distributors is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the Sales team, Sales Center, and customers in a fast-paced HVAC environment. You will act as a liaison for product availability, delivery coordination, order entry, order status, and problem resolution.

Responsibilities include managing key accounts, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to multi-task in a busy office

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of Counter Sales, Call Center or Customer Service experience.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong organization skills.
• Ability to problem solve, be detail oriented, and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Act as branch point of contact for key accounts and Support accurate order completion, processing, and tracking for both e-commerce and direct customer orders.
• Coordinate timely deliveries and jobsite logistics; proactively communicate delays.
• Facilitate accurate quotes, purchase orders, credits rebills, and Scope of Work documentation.
• Provide product information, assist with product selection and after-sales support.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text.
