Qualifications

• 2+ years of Counter Sales, Call Center or Customer Service experience or 1+ year with Associates Degree
• Proven customer service skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to problem solve, be detail oriented, and multi-task

Responsibilities

• Act as branch point of contact for key accounts
• Support accurate order completion, processing, and tracking (e-commerce and direct orders)
• Coordinate deliveries and jobsite logistics; communicate delays
• Facilitate accurate quotes, PO management, and Scope of Work documentation
• Provide product information and assist customers with selection and after-sales support
• Handle customer communication via phone, email, and text
• Perform other duties as assigned
