Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of Counter Sales, Call Center or Customer Service experience.
• Associates Degree with 1+ year of Counter Sales, Call Center or Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Account Support: Act as branch point of contact for key accounts.
• Order Management: Support accurate order completion, processing, and tracking. This includes e-commerce and direct customer orders.
• Delivery Coordination: Ensure timely deliveries and jobsite logistics and proactively communicate any delays when necessary.
• Documentation: Facilitate accurate job quotes, purchase order management, credit rebills and Scope of Work (SOR) documentation
• Customer Service: Provide product information, assist customers with product selection, and with after-sales support.
• Customer Communication: Provide customer service via phone, email, and text.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of Counter Sales, Call Center or Customer Service experience

Associates Degree with 1+ year of Counter Sales, Call Center or Customer Service experience
