Job summary

Gemaire Distributors is seeking a Sales Administrator in Pensacola, FL, to support the Sales team, Sales Center, and customers. The role serves as a liaison for product availability, delivery coordination, order entry, order status, and problem resolution, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced HVAC equipment environment.

The successful candidate will manage quotes, orders, and communications, with a focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Counter Sales, Call Center or Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Act as branch point of contact for key accounts.
• Support accurate order completion, processing, and tracking for e-commerce and direct orders.
• Coordinate deliveries and jobsite logistics, communicating delays as needed.
• Facilitate accurate quotes, purchase orders, rebills and Scope of Work (SOR) documentation.
• Provide product information and assistance with product selection and after-sales support.
• Maintain customer communications via phone, email, and text.
• Other duties as assigned.
